About the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston
The Italo-Canadian Club is a reception, conference and banquet facility. We believe beautiful events can be accessible at any budget. That is why we remain one of the most affordable banquet halls in Kingston. Whether you are planning a small intimate affair or a large-scale celebration, we are the perfect choice for your special day. Known for amazing food, Italian hospitality, and a beautiful ballroom, we have grown since 1963. The original club building and the land we are on was purchased and built by the Italian community. To this day much of the work is done by our Italian volunteers. We remain dedicated to being a social center for Italians and Canadians.

Our Summer Day Camp will run for two weeks in August. The camp fee is $45/day and includes the supervisors, and all activities and supplies.
About Our Summer Day Camp
We will be running for two weeks in August, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The camp will be offered outside in a shaded area for the majority of that time frame, unless there is inclement weather or a heat warning is in effect. The children will have access to both indoor and outdoor washrooms.
The daily schedule will include both organized activities, as well as choice time for the children to explore a variety of activities according to their interests. Organized activities will include circle time with drama games, physical activity will include organized sports, water play, and group activities such as parachute games. STEM activities will be project based; you can expect to hear about homemade rockets, growing crystals and gardening. Arts and crafts will also be a major focus, and the children will be bringing home some handmade pottery, jewelry, paintings, and more.
The camp fee is $45/day ($225/week) and includes the supervisors, and all activities and supplies. There will also be the option to purchase a camp t-shirt for $10 and a meal on the Friday of each week. (We will be doing a Pizza Day and a BBQ Day, and meals ($8) will include a hotdog/hamburger/pizza slice, fries and a soda or water.
In order to register for the day camp, you MUST fill out the forms and sign the parent handbook and its enclosed contract. You will be sent these documents after you have signed up on Eventbrite.
