Official Giveaway Rules & Regulations:

 

1. The Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by “Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston” (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway is open to residents of Canada, aged 18+, as of the Contest Start Date September 1, 2026. 

 

2. This contest has no relation and is not by any means sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.

 

3. Eligible entries must meet the following criteria: the entrant has liked the contest post on Instagram, is a follower of the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston's Wedding Instagram page and any other Instagram accounts tagged in the official contest post, and has tagged another  Instagram account in the comments of the contest post.​

 

All of the above must be completed between the Contest Start Date (September 1, 2026) and Contest End Date (September 13, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EST)

4. The winner will be randomly selected by draw. If the selected winner does not meet the contest criteria, an alternative winner will be drawn.

 

5. In the event that the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or cannot prove that they have met all of the criteria, an alternate entrant will be selected using the same selection criteria described above. 

 

6. The winner will be eligible to receive the prizes listed in the official post. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No exchanges, substitutions or refunds. No monetary value.

7. The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM by no later than Friday, September 18, 2026. By entering the Giveaway, all entrants acknowledge and agree their name may be published publicly. We may also request a photo be taken of the winner to be used for promotional purposes on the Italo-Canadian Club's social media and webpages.
